Who Can Join CCS School, Mulpani?
At Christian Community School (CCS), Mulpani, we believe in equal access to quality education for all children. Our entry requirements ensure that each student is placed in the right class level and receives the support they need to succeed.
✅ General Entry Criteria
📘 Nursery to Kindergarten (Early Childhood Level)
- Children must meet the minimum age requirement:
- Nursery: 3+ years
- LKG: 4+ years
- UKG: 5+ years
- A basic interaction with the child and parents will be conducted to understand developmental readiness.
- No formal testing required.
📚 Grade 1 to Grade 10 (Primary & Secondary Levels)
- Students must have successfully completed the previous grade from a recognized school.
- Must provide previous academic records or report cards.
- Students will undergo a short written entrance test in English, Math, and Nepali.
- A brief interview with the student and parents will follow to assess readiness and alignment with CCS values.
📄 Documents Required at Entry
- Completed Admission Application Form
- Birth Certificate (copy)
- 2 recent passport-size photos of the student
- Progress report or transfer certificate (for Grade 1 and above)
- Parent/guardian’s ID copy (Citizenship or any valid document)
📌 Important Notes
- Admission is subject to availability of seats.
- Priority may be given to:
- Students from marginalized or low-income backgrounds (with scholarship eligibility)
- Siblings of current CCS students
- Students who demonstrate alignment with CCS’s mission and values
